Each year, Legambiente Bassa Sabina in agreement with the other local associations: ARCI, Postribù, Bud ... organize a meeting with the administrators of the public to discuss the waste issue and every year no one responds with proposals and concrete projects. Every year is allowed to speak to government representatives who were able to deal with virtuous, and in some towns of Lazio, the problem of waste. But to us this good fortune does not seem to touch. The two Unions of municipalities in the Lower Sabine, beyond the Tiber and on the other side of the chat about this and that but nothing happens. Time passes and little by little, we are convinced that it is almost impossible to have a really good waste management by implementing policies differentiated and consistent decrease in the production, curbside collection, recycling until there are also the so-called 'indiscriminate village'. But instead there are many examples to console us and force us to think in terms not of individual, small, but common to the area. I propose that this movie is interesting and serves in part to console and in part to help us understand what our administrators are using nonsense local, provincial and regional authorities. With the aggravating circumstance that whenever you are confronted with these gentlemen almost useless you feel the 'subversive', and 'rowdy environmentalists', and yet, those in the movie, are entrepreneurs, who transform the waste in a nutshell.
